We cannot guarantee the return of your deposit because the final decision belongs to the landlord, letting agent or tenancy deposit scheme. If an included item is flagged, contact us within 48 hours and we will review it and arrange a free correction where it falls within the agreed scope.
How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
Prices start from £155 for a studio flat. The final price depends on the property size, condition, number of bathrooms, access, location and selected extras. The full quote is confirmed before the booking.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or products?
No. Our cleaners arrive with the professional equipment and products required for the agreed service. Eco-friendly products are available on request.
Do you offer end of tenancy cleaning nationwide?
No. We currently cover the Smart Way Cleaning areas listed on our Areas page across parts of London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridge.
How quickly can you clean my property?
Many standard properties take around 3 to 6 hours, depending on size, condition, team size and selected extras. Larger or heavily soiled properties may take longer.
Is carpet cleaning included in end of tenancy cleaning?
Carpet vacuuming is included. Professional carpet extraction cleaning is an optional add-on and should be selected when requesting your quote.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
No. You only need to arrange safe access. Customers may use a lockbox, leave a key with a neighbour or arrange access through a letting agent.
Is a deposit required to book?
